Who said Right To Recall is impractical in India ?

Who said Right To Recall is impractical in India ?
-----Although some state Government deliberately implemented very very weak Right To Recall law even so Citizens are using this law anyhow & expelling corrupt representatives.

16 June 2008, in Chattisgarh, 3 elected representatives were recalled by citizens in their respected areas.

1. Ms Bharti Sonkar, woman president of Gunderdehi Nagar Panchayat getting 1389 votes in favour & 1977 votes against.

2. Sitaram of Nawagarh Nagar Panchayat getting 865 votes in favour & 1146 votes against.

3. Khoren Khalco, woman president of Rajpur Nagar Panchayat.

Uma Ghosh, the sitting woman president of Nawagarh, Chattisgarh says “the Act on Right To Recall will infuse accountability among elected representatives and make them visit their constituencies more often.”

Madhya Pradesh
Between the years 2000 and 2011, Madhya Pradesh witnessed 27 recall elections. Of these 13 were re-elected while 14 were recalled.

Shri Rajiv Dixit ji had done tremendous research on India & said Right To Recall law is must in our country. Right To Recall enhances democracy.

Our Bharat past was was glorious because then Raja & Maharajas used to listen to citizens. Recall procedures were also used in towns & villages & citizens were the masters & they controlled everything.
