रामलीला मैदान में अभी-अभी खत्म हुई प्रेस कांफ्रेंस में अरविन्द केजरीवाल और प्रशांत भूषण ने साफ़ और स्पष्ट जवाब देते हुए लोकपाल बिल के दायरे में NGO को भी शामिल किये जाने की मांग को सिरे से खारिज कर दिया है. विशेषकर जो NGO सरकार से पैसा नहीं लेते हैं उनको किसी भी कीमत में शामिल नहीं करने का एलान भी किया. ग्राम प्रधान से लेकर देश के प्रधान तक सभी को लोकपाल बिल के दायरे में लाने की जबरदस्ती और जिद्द पर अड़ी अन्ना टीम NGO को इस दायरे में लाने के खिलाफ शायद इसलिए है, क्योंकि अरविन्द केजरीवाल, मनीष सिसोदिया,किरण बेदी, संदीप पाण्डेय ,अखिल गोगोई और खुद अन्ना हजारे भी केवल NGO ही चलाते हैं. अग्निवेश भी 3-4 NGO चलाने का ही धंधा करता है. और इन सबके NGO को देश कि जनता की गरीबी के नाम पर करोड़ो रुपये का चंदा विदेशों से ही मिलता है.इन दिनों पूरे देश को ईमानदारी और पारदर्शिता का पाठ पढ़ा रही ये टीम अब लोकपाल बिल के दायरे में खुद आने से क्यों डर/भाग रही है.भाई वाह...!!! क्या गज़ब की ईमानदारी है...!!!
इन दिनों अन्ना टीम की भक्ति में डूबी भीड़ के पास इस सवाल का कोई जवाब है क्या.....?????
जहां तक सवाल है सरकार से सहायता प्राप्त और नहीं प्राप्त NGO का तो मई बताना चाहूंगा कि....
भारत सरकार के Ministry of Home Affairs के Foreigners Division की FCRA Wing के दस्तावेजों के अनुसार वित्तीय वर्ष 2008-09 तक देश में कार्यरत ऐसे NGO's की संख्या 20088 थी, जिन्हें विदेशी सहायता प्राप्त करने की अनुमति भारत सरकार द्वारा प्रदान की जा चुकी थी.इन्हीं दस्तावेजों के अनुसार वित्तीय वर्ष 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09 के दौरान इन NGO's को विदेशी सहायता के रुप में 31473.56 करोड़ रुपये प्राप्त हुये. इसके अतिरिक्त देश में लगभग 33 लाख NGO's कार्यरत है.इनमें से अधिकांश NGO भ्रष्ट राजनेताओं, भ्रष्ट नौकरशाहों, भ्रष्ट सरकारी अधिकारियों, भ्रष्ट सरकारी कर्मचारियों के परिजनों,परिचितों और उनके दलालों के है. केन्द्र सरकार के विभिन्न विभागों के अतिरिक्त देश के सभी राज्यों की सरकारों द्वारा जन कल्याण हेतु इन NGO's को आर्थिक मदद दी जाती है.एक अनुमान के अनुसार इन NGO's को प्रतिवर्ष न्यूनतम लगभग 50,000.00 करोड़ रुपये देशी विदेशी सहायता के रुप में प्राप्त होते हैं. इसका सीधा मतलब यह है की पिछले एक दशक में इन NGO's को 5-6 लाख करोड़ की आर्थिक मदद मिली. ताज्जुब की बात यह है की इतनी बड़ी रकम कब.? कहा.? कैसे.? और किस पर.? खर्च कर दी गई. इसकी कोई जानकारी उस जनता को नहीं दी जाती जिसके कल्याण के लिये, जिसके उत्थान के लिये विदेशी संस्थानों और देश की सरकारों द्वारा इन NGO's को आर्थिक मदद दी जाती है. इसका विवरण केवल भ्रष्ट NGO संचालकों, भ्रष्ट नेताओ, भ्रष्ट सरकारी अधिकारियों, भ्रष्ट बाबुओं, की जेबों तक सिमट कर रह जाता है. भौतिक रूप से इस रकम का इस्तेमाल कहीं नज़र नहीं आता. NGO's को मिलने वाली इतनी बड़ी सहायता राशि की प्राप्ति एवं उसके उपयोग की प्रक्रिया बिल्कुल भी पारदर्शी नही है. देश के गरीबों, मजबूरों, मजदूरों, शोषितों, दलितों, अनाथ बच्चो के उत्थान के नाम पर विदेशी संस्थानों और देश में केन्द्र एवं राज्य सरकारों के विभिन्न सरकारी विभागों से जनता की गाढ़ी कमाई के दसियों हज़ार करोड़ रुपये प्रतिवर्ष लूट लेने वाले NGO's की कोई जवाबदेही तय नहीं है. उनके द्वारा जनता के नाम पर जनता की गाढ़ी कमाई के भयंकर दुरुपयोग की चौकसी एवं जांच पड़ताल तथा उन्हें कठोर दंड दिए जाने का कोई विशेष प्रावधान नहीं है. लोकपाल बिल कमेटी में शामिल सिविल सोसायटी के उन सदस्यों ने जो खुद को सबसे बड़ा ईमानदार कहते हैं और जो स्वयम तथा उनके साथ देशभर में india against corruption की मुहिम चलाने वाले उनके अधिकांश साथी सहयोगी NGO's भी चलाते है लेकिन उन्होंने आजतक जनता के नाम पर जनता की गाढ़ी कमाई के दसियों हज़ार करोड़ रुपये प्रतिवर्ष लूट लेने वाले NGO's के खिलाफ आश्चार्यजनक रूप से एक शब्द नहीं बोला है, NGO's को लोकपाल बिल के दायरे में लाने की बात तक नहीं की है.
इसलिए यह आवश्यक है की NGO's को विदेशी संस्थानों और देश में केन्द्र एवं राज्य सरकारों के विभिन्न सरकारी विभागों से मिलने वाली आर्थिक सहायता को प्रस्तावित लोकपाल बिल के दायरे में लाया जाए. (कृपया इस पोस्ट को जितने ज्यादा लोगों तक पहुंचा सकते हों उतने ज्यादा लोगों तक पहुंचाइये.)

It is easy to see that Congress Ministers want a mass movement in favor of Jan Lokpal. Why? How?
Ministers have kept provision in Sarkari Lokpal that if a person files false complaint, he will be imprisoned for at least 2 years. Whereas if govt officer is convicted, minimum punishment will be six months
Likewise, complainer will not get govt lawyer, but accused will get govt lawyer to assist him.
And 10s of such clauses

So all these clauses are added to ensure that any citizen will eventually end up liking Jan Lokpal.
So question comes up is : why is Congress deliberately making a draft that people would hate moment they have cursory glance?
The only one logical answer can be --- the bosses of Congress, namely MNCs, themselves want Jan Lokpal, and so they are asking Congress to put a draft that would only further ensure that people prefer Jan Lokpal.

1. why IAC team use only the portrait of gandhiji on background ignoring other freedom fighters?
2. why they afraid to use the portrait of bharat mata on background?
3. why they do not want to share the stage with Swamy Ramdevji?
4. why they try to hijack the issues of BST, like black money, land acquisition, electoral reforms etc?

Anna's movement - conspiracy theories
Anna hazzare a veteran gandhian from Maharashtra suddenly emerges as biggest voice against corruption in Bharat in last 6 months & gets good boost in last few days.
IAC founded in last part of 2010, but Veteran Gandhian, Shri Shambhu Dutt who started the fight for Lokpal Bill in 1996.APMI Arvind take up from him the issue contacted many people , org to start movement for JLP bill . As kiran bedi said in 24 feb '11 at ram leela maidan that they contact Swami Ramdevji & ask for his support ,Shri shri ravishanker also join in , both have huge following & organisation.
Annaji is selected as leader to sit on ansan . Initially Annaji want to do that in Azad maidan his home ground in Mumbai but Agniveshji - a most suspicious & controversial person among IAC members convince to come Delhi to have ral impact.
IAC had 1st PC in nov '10 @ vivekanad academy with good media present .shri shri is most recognizable face there , Kiranji speak more than , Arvind also chip in.
Earlier on 30 January, 2011, when Shri Shambu Dutt, a Gandhian to the core, had commenced hunger strike to contest on these issues, he was persuaded by associates like Shri Anna Hazare and other representatives of India against Corruption to give up the hunger strike.
